We strongly recommend 6 to 7 pieces per person prior to meal service.  WE REQUIRE 14 pieces of hot hors d-oeuvres when no meal is being served.  Our hors d'oeuvres cannot be replenished once your function begins.  Please plan ahead to avoid embarrassment.
